FCT (Fixed Cellular Terminal) solutions allow you to integrate your GSM lines with your call center infrastructure. While you’d normally need to insert SIM cards into a physical FCT device, with Frontier Cloud FCT, you don’t need any additional hardware. When you provide your SIM cards to Frontier, you can make calls directly through your GSM number while still benefiting from all of Frontier’s call center features. This way, you lower your initial investment costs and increase your operational efficiency.
Multi-Call Handling with a Single SIM
A single GSM line can only handle one call at a time. With Cloud FCT, you can route your calls to your call center number to handle multiple simultaneous calls. This reduces waiting times for incoming calls and increases access rates.
For outbound calls, there is still only one simultaneous call per line; this simplifies portfolio management and makes it easier to track agents. You can manage all incoming and outgoing calls from a single screen.
